About this ebook

Brian is an arrogant, rude young man who objectifies the women around him – or, in his eyes, beneath him. Nowhere is that more obvious than at the gym, where he openly drools over beautifully toned bodies and secretly captures workout footage for his amateur porn channel. Tired of his antics, a small group of victimized women reaches out to Diana, a professional trainer. With their encouragement, she will break him, blackmail him, and make him fit the model of what an obedient male should be.

Humiliated, emasculated, and thoroughly dominated by the women around him, Brian fights to retain something of his manhood. He continues to challenge them, to test how far he can push back, until a beautiful plus-sized dominatrix steps in to transform beta male punishment into sissy self-improvement.

How far will he let them push him, and who will he be when it all ends?

"Make Him Fit " is 22,000 words of female domination, forced feminization, chastity, and sissy submission.

Sally Bend

Sally Bend is a nonbinary author, editor, and reviewer. Although shy and polite (she is, after all, Canadian), she loves to boldly and boisterously express herself through stories that bend the binaries of gender while exploring submissive sexuality.A lover of fetish, futa, feminization, femdom, and fantasy, she is most content when confined in a collar and corset. Oh, and she tends to have an affection for alliteration, in case you haven't noticed! When she's not curled up somewhere with a book and a bottle of Coke Zero, Sally can be found online at http://sallybend.com.

And thank you for wasting my time with your stupidity. Even though the caller had already disconnected, he knew the line was still being recorded. He could probably expect a stern coaching request from the Quality Assurance team tomorrow.

If he was lucky, maybe he’d finally get his ass fired. The company was famous for its ‘no-cause’ dismissal philosophy since nobody could do their job well enough to defend a termination in court, which meant he’d be able to collect Employment Insurance for a while.

The truth was, he was done with trying to talk old women through setting up their wireless networks. He was fed up with dumbing down instructions for braindead social media bimbos. If he had to explain to one more half-drunk housewife why email didn’t arrive on her laptop, desktop, work mobile, and home mobile at the exact same time, he’d lose his mind.

Why couldn’t they just wait for the man of the house to come home? At least then he could have an intelligent conversation.

He tossed the loaner headset down on the desk, stinking, sweat-stained foamies and all. He was in the middle of gathering his things when he spotted the floor supervisor coming up behind him. He knew what the sniveling worm was going to ask before he even opened his mouth. He didn’t want to hear it.

    Not now.

    Not today.

Hey, Brian. The good cheer in the skinny bastard’s voice was about as sincere as the smile on his face – which was to say not at all. When are you finished, my man?

As if he didn’t know. Brian continued deliberately clicking away, shutting down one program after another. He could feel the jittery bugger tense a little more with each cyber death. I was done about five minutes ago.

Dave shuffled his feet and stared down with that nervous, doomed look he did so well. In the six months that Brian had been with the company, the only time he’d seen the other man look relaxed was when he was sneaking a joint in the back alley.

Would you mind staying? Dave asked. Just a couple of hours? He cringed as he said it, which suggested he knew he was pressing his luck. Even an hour would be great.

Nope. Sorry, but I’ve got to go. With all the important programs closed, Brian did a control-alt-delete and logged off the office network. Normally I’d love the overtime, he lied, but I’ve got plans for tonight.

One thing you had to say for Dave, he was persistent. Come on, my man. Just an hour? It’ll be a quiet hour, I promise. We just need to bring the Occupancy up so the Client stops breathing down our neck.

Sorry. Can’t do it, Dave. Brian rolled his chair away from the desk, forcing the other man to side-step out of the way. I’ve got too many things to get done tonight.

Come on, help a man out. Brian silently zipped up his black bomber jacket and grabbed his knapsack, but the bastard refused to give up. It’d be a huge help.

The first few times Brian had been badgered like this, he’d felt guilty and had given in. Despite how much he loathed his job. The next few times he’d told the truth, that he simply didn’t want to stay. It didn’t matter what bonuses or incentives were on the table. The bastard had continued badgering him all the way to the elevators on each occasion. Now, after enduring the same routine a hundred times, he’d learned that a quick and simple lie was the only way out.

The truth of the matter was, if he wasn’t counting on a vacation at the government’s expense, he would have quit the sweatshop long ago.

Sorry, but I’ve got plans. He didn’t pause for a response. He began weaving his way through the office and slipped into the stairwell. They were exit-only, with no way back onto the floor, so he knew Dave wouldn’t follow.

Fifteen minutes later, he stepped out of the change-room at the gym, having exchanged the starchy grey polo shirt and heavy black pants for the comfort of a pair of shorts and a ratty old t-shirt. Located just a block away from the office, the gym was the perfect place to unwind after sitting behind a desk all day. Not only did it give him somewhere to work out his frustrations, but it was also a great place to ogle the secretaries, nurses, and legal assistants who worked similar schedules to his own.

The gym was busy for a Wednesday night, but there were still two upright cycles available. He hurried over to grab one before somebody else beat him to it. As he climbed onto the seat, he made his usual selection, a thirty-minute random hill profile, but dropped the difficulty level from eight to nine. While he settled into the rhythm of the bike, he pretended to fiddle with his phone. All the while appreciating the advantages of working out in a busy gym.

Three of which were directly ahead of him.

On the cross-trainer to his left was a cute little Hispanic brunette he’d seen a few times before. She was tall and slim, with the body of a pin-up
