About this ebook

An Amazing True Story of Angelic Intervention in a Desperate Situation

The Stadlers' harrowing journey began with a midnight crash caused by a drunk driver. The odds they would both survive the crash were minimal--a testimony to the miracles that began that night and continued through months of surgeries and hospitalizations. The Stadlers struggled to rebuild their lives, only to face more heartache and loss. But through the hard times, their faith grew as God continued to save them from despair and bring blessings into their lives.

For everyone seeking a deeper faith or affirmation of their belief in a good God, this book will provide hope and the reassurance that God still ministers through his angels today.

This is an amazing true story of how Dann and his wife, Tracey, surived a headon colliion with a car driven by a drunk who was going 70 miles an hour the wrong way on a freeway. They were both pinned in the car which was burning. Dann' leg were burned. Tracey's face was burned and she was trapped inside the car. An angel (Jesus in the form of a man) lifted her out. Both Dann's and Tracey's bodies were burned and mangled. It took several years of medical treatment and surgery and much pain but they were healed. They never lost their faith and credited their miraculous rescue and recovery to the "angel"It is impossible to tell every intervention in this reiew. Everyone should read this book! It is filled with encouraging testimony that we truly have a good God who is always with us.

Angels in the Fire is a dramatic account of a horrific crash that would forever affect the Stadler family. I am always a little skeptical when it comes to "angel intervention" and "heavenly visitation", but regardless, this is still an amazing story of how a couple had to endure a difficult time in their life.I am convinced this book will encourage and challenge you in many different ways. I recommend Angels in the Fire!4/5 Stars

I started reading Dann Stadler's book, "Angels in the Fire" with some scepticism -- yet hopeful. I like to read of God's working in lives of average people, but I have read some truly poorly written books meant to relate such a story, and therefore approach each new book with a bit of caution. This book, however, is written exceedingly well. The author drew me into the story immediately. This was not just because of the compelling factors that are related (a horrific car accident that took place in 1989 in which both the author and his wife were terribly hurt, and where an angel appeared to several of the rescuers and to the wife), but is also due to a well-paced telling of different parts of the story. We are told not just about the accident, not just about the angel, not just about the long recoveries of the people hurt, but also are carried forward into seeing how this incident has changed the lives of many of the participants. The thing that struck me most: I seem to have a deeply founded base of expectations on how God will work, and in whom. Just because it is deeply founded does not mean it is good. This book reminded me that God does not work based on my limitations of him. He does not require me to point out who should or should not receive his mercy or his revelation. He, alone, chooses the ones he will reveal himself to -- I do not do that choosing. I would have expected the angel to appear to a fundemental, conservative, evangelical Christian (in other words, a person like me). Neither the author or his wife would have identifed themselves as such, yet they clearly had personal encounters with the One True God through his angels and his son, Jesus Christ. I am humbled. "Angels in the Fire" is a great testimonial, not sugar-coated with overbearing plattitudes -- it is a telling of the true experiences of two normal people living normal lives which were abruptly interupted by enormous changes and the clear hand of God. To God be the glory.

This is an inspirational book, and shows that God is with us the entire way! From the very beginning, this story will pull you in, and you'll find that you won't want to put the book down. Although Dann and Tracey encounter numerous challenges resulting from a car accident, this story is about faith, and what a comfort our Lord provides for us.

This book was well written. You actually felt like you were with the family while going through their struggles. There are so many aspects in which people can relate and give great cause to think about their own lives. I would really like to meet Dann. I have already discussed this book with our book club (friends from church) and will be passing it on to them to read as well. God works in the most unique and wonderful ways! He and his family are true testaments to Gods Power & Glory!! The only negative thing I found were some spelling errors and grammar issues, which hopefully were taken care of before going to press. Those of us in book clubs seem to notice these things more than others. However, this was a GREAT BOOK!!!

I really enjoyed reading this book. I have been going through many trials and sometimes feel alone, but this book helped remind me that we are never alone and that God loves us and has a plan for us. Well worth the read.

What a captivating and inspirational novel. The things that Tracey and Dann had to go through after the crash. They beat all odds. I couldn’t imagine having to go through any of it. It was just an incredible story of strength, perseverance and faith. Their faith is what kept them going. Miracles do happen.Overall, this is a must read for every reader. Divine intervention at it’s best.Rating: 4.5Reviewed by: KellyRCourtesy of My Book Addiction and More

Although this book is a survival story about Dann and his wife Tracey living through a fiery car accident that should have ended their young lives; it is more involved than one devastating crisis. It is a testament to the fact that God walks with us through our hardest times; and in the midst of heartbreak He touches us with His love. Their journey can be summed up in a sentence Dann wrote: “The trials of today merely lay the ground work for the triumphs of tomorrow.” When you read their story you will feel the touch of angel’s wings, and come away with hope in a loving God who sends help for your own trials. This is a fast read, one I had trouble putting down. I happily give this ARC of Angels in the Fire 4 stars.
