Despite gloomy skies, there is always room for imagination in the flat they call home. The chairs and tables are painted and spotty, the window sills adorned with paper flowers and clay characters. When not reading, writing or working, Emi can often be found crafting in her studio. Many of her stories begin their life in a drawing and soon turn into paragraphs, chapters and pages.
