He made a profession of faith and was baptized in early adolescence. It was in early adulthood that he was asked a very simple but profound question. “Is there any part of your life that doesn’t matter to God?” It was at that moment he realized that Christianity is a way of life, not something one does. He then made a commitment to put God first every moment of his life. He will admit that he fails at this multiple times a day, but returns to confess and ask God to once again fill his life with the Holy Spirit. This was his heart his entire professional career.
