Susi was drawn to healing through her own life experiences. Having suffered from anxiety and then depression from her teens. Susi went through life struggling with anxiety and low mood for almost 2 decades. She spent most of this time researching and seeking solutions After finding freedom, and healing. Susi then went on further to study so that she could share her experience with others.
Susi owns The Sanctuary, Health, Wellbeing and Creative space in Scotland offering a range of workshops, classes and holistic treatments.
Her goal is to share and empower others to find solutions to their anxiety, stress and ill health using the bodies innate power to heal naturally.view less
