After the children parted their nest, EN and wife decided to make a big leap to fulfill their long time desires—they took jobs in Germany. The European lifestyle became part of them, and when they retired, they decided to reside in a small farm town away from city congestion and squeeze. They settled in the pastoral region of the Franconia wine district. After many bottles of choice wines, he claims to be part Dornfelder, part Domina, part Bacchus, and part Silvaner. This mixture gives him the impetus to writes about his life, sometimes comical, sometimes not so. Everyday is an adventure, and every household in this little town holds an interesting story.
