An adjunct professor for two universities since 2003, his expertise is in leadership and management, Organizational Change, Communication Strategies, Problem Identification and Action Plan Development, School Finance, and Grant Writing. Dennis was CEO of 3 successful Internet Service Provider companies serving 9 rural communities. He was also President and CEO of a successful computer sales and service company. Dennis sold his highly successful companies in 2003 to allow more time to do consulting and professional development training for companies such as UPS, Federal Express, Sears, Alberto Culver, along with many community organizations and school districts. An author and editor, he has an M. Ed. in Educational leadership from the University of Illinois and an Ed.D. Degree from Illinois State University. With a 20 million dollar grant, he designed and delivered professional development training to over 8000 teachers on the topic of “Designing Engaged Learning Instruction and Technology Activities in K-12 classrooms. Dennis was an entrepreneur at the age of 13. Being a skilled ventriloquist allowed him to earn enough money to pay for his Bachelor’s Degree. His performances on TV and Radio provided him the opportunity to travel through Canada promoting tourism in America and Sport fishing in Florida.
