Converted in 1978 off the coast of Spain as the fires of revival swept across a U.S. Navy ship, he continues to work toward and hope for the restoration of the Church of Jesus Christ. A resident of central Virginia, he is founder and President of Firmly Rooted Educational Enterprises. He has developed training and education programs for the U.S. Department of Defense, the U.S. Marshals Service, the U.S. Border Patrol, and the Veteran's Administration, among others. He has presented employee assistance and career transition seminars for the U.S. Departments of Energy and Justice, and Old Dominion University. He taught Old Testament Survey and New Testament Survey as a Bible Instructor at Dominion Bible College and Theological Seminary in Hampton, Virginia.view less
