I am a simple man that has had more then my share of chaos in the world. I grew up in the world as I traveled through it. Starting at 9 years old, I was fortunate enough to visit other countries that my father worked in as a consultant, and programmer while computers advanced. While visiting other countries, experiencing new cultures, as well as different beliefs, I found a lot of different perspectives. Because I was a really good listener, and a little on the inquisitive, and quite side. I was constantly observing the world around me and learned a lot. I also had the pleasure of accompanying my mother and brother during the holidays while on vacations.
When I was 12, and living in Newport beach, California. I had a Lazor sailboat that I would cruise around the harbor in on sunny days, well make that any days with wind, I was in it a lot. One day, I was out by the mouth of the harbor, and decided that the little island I saw off in the distance was close enough to sail to. As I headed out in its direction the seas became very large for a 14ft craft and I began to get concerned. But, It wasn’t until the waves were crashing over the bow instead or lapping around it, that I turned back. A good thing too. I later found out that the name of that island was Catalina, and its was 22 miles away, definitely not advisable for a child in a small
sailboat. I guess we all have grand delusions when we are kids.
~ Sometimes in life we find ourselves treading water with the shore in site, due to the chaotic issues and indecision from others in our environments. We all must find our own path in life, if someone else cant find their bearings, you must take point, and show them the way to their salvation before its too late for you both. There be sharks in them waters, nobody wants to get eaten. Live long and prosper, hehe. In Lak’ech ~<3~<3~<3~view less
