What I like about this book is how much information it has on various cycles. The author makes the cycles and numerology easy to understand.
There is a very good definition of "Conscious Self".
Personal year cycles was fascinating. I can look back on my personal history and see where events line up with that particular cycle.
Another thing I noticed is the accuracy for me on what this book has for numbers and dates.
I found the material on the three planes to be interesting also.
I'm going to buy a paperback or hardcover version of this book to use for further exploration.
