This was very bland to listen to. Chat GPT could have written it. I would have liked to hear some expert pointers or something, insights into the code of points, etc, rather than descriptions of how to do an arabesque and other basic moves. There were a couple of interesting facts about a few professional athletes. I skipped through most of the book.
