About this audiobook
This book seems short and simple, but is actually a guide to the depths of your relationship with yourself and the world. Through it, you may discover how to understand and manipulate your belief system, which will then alter (for the better) how you see yourself as part of a living, responsive world/universe. At every point, you will let your sense of health be your guide, and as you gain a sense of freedom, you will become more and more a master of yourself.

- Rating: 1 out of 5 stars1/5Mainly about God. Didn’t expect a religious text. He tries to teach how to ‘manipulate your own belief system’ and proceeds to indoctrinate you about the existence of God… just put it on the cover.

- Rating: 5 out of 5 stars5/5I forget more now I am less organised,
some things I say
make people look at me with stupid eyes,
blanket statements
like they belong on a Pinterest boards,
make me laugh because I smile more,
but now my words fall
instead of being forced,
and sometimes
a similar soul
sees my words as not my own.1 person found this helpful
