I loved this book. I have been reading, or shall I say listening to a few different ones, but same topic and this one was very easy to understand and follow along.

The affirmations at the end, showed me how and I found myself repeating them.

Highly recommend this book to everyone!

I couldn't bear to reach the middle of the book. Repetitive, far away from reality, and tiring. Also, the author keeps using"science" as a word to justify their rants.

I enjoyed this one! I particularly enjoyed the daily affirmations at the end; I am certainly going to keep this one in my “Saved” category to return back to later. I also enjoyed the narrator. I look forward to seeing the other works that this author has published!
