Talking about modern management immediately refers to its father, Peter F. Drucker, regarded as the foremost speaker on the development of management and administration in the world.
And this is not to exalt him, as he clearly and commendably demonstrates in this book, where he unloads his experience and gifts us one of the most important books in business history.
He changes many paradigms and shares secrets and actions that, if not implemented, are a direct loss. Peter, a visionary leader, straightforwardly shares the nature of management, the role of the manager, their tasks, the direction companies should take, and how to stay at the forefront of an ever-changing and increasingly demanding world.
Without a doubt, a must-read book for anyone curious about business. (Translated from Spanish) - Rating: 5 out of 5 stars5/5

One of the most valuable books I have ever read. My only regret - I am 48 - I wish I had read it 20 years ago.
Still - I can still use this as I map out the rest of my professional life and mentor others. - Rating: 5 out of 5 stars5/5

One of my favorite textbooks ever, very applicable to life, pleasant to read. If you are in any way a manager, you should read Drucker. - Rating: 4 out of 5 stars4/5

A very encouraging book. A long read, however extremely straight forward. Great from a job and organizational design standpoint. Great insight into "non-domain-specific know-how for management." Learn how to ask the right questions about your company. A must read for business.
