      Beautifully written and narrated. I hope this author writes a second book!

      The book was just ok, if the author had someone else narrate it, it would have been much better. I think it's nice as an introduction to the Mason method, but not at all a summary of what to do.

      Well written and read. The author does a wonderful job of presenting the tenants of Charlotte Mason's ideas for a modern era in an easy to understand way. Would recommend this book.

      Beyond the delight of listening to the author’s lovely, northern English accent, Leah Borden’s wisdom, understanding of and freedom within the Charlotte Mason were such an inspiration to this homeschooling mom. I was both encouraged to continue on in this beautiful journey of home education, to look for delight in and with my children, and inspired to try a few new things as well. Thank you, Leah Boden!

      Absolutely beautiful! The words I didn’t know I needed to encourage me on my own Charlotte Mason journey. Surely Leah does a wonderful job describing the most important points of the tools Charlotte left us more than century ago. She personifies Charlotte and her methods in such a humane way making it so easy to understand the principals and the heart of a “Charlotte Mason education”. This should be the book anyone interested in Charlotte Mason’s philosophy of education should read first before moving on to Charlotte’s own words. The tips Leah adds throughout are practical user friendly. Thoroughly enjoyed! Wonderfully appreciated!
