He would make sure she was safe. For that to happen, though, Penelope would have to cooperate. She planned to stay and wait for Aiden to come for her. She wanted to set him up to end it once and for all. As with everything, though, nothing went quite as planned. Tallulah's confrontation with her father didn't go as planned, especially when Carlisle Hallen got involved. At least her father opened her eyes to what the James family had been up to.
