It has served us well for over ten years and I expect it to continue to serve us well.

My primary goal in life is to the best criminal defense trial lawyer, and live up to my mission statement so that I can be comfortably successful and lead a happy enjoyable life.

Education and Hobbies:

I attended College and pre-law at University of San Francisco. Graduate work and law degree from USF School of Law. I successfully completed the California Bar exam and started intern work right away. I decided early on that I wanted to be a trial lawyer and be where the action of live trial proceedings occur. My decision was cemented to be a criminal defense attorney after serving my internship in the office of a criminal defense attorney which was a wonderful exciting experience. I do not take a lot of time off but early on I discovered that you have to refresh your mind and cleanse your thinking with some kind of diversion and structure, so I try to accomplish this task of enjoyment one day a week on Saturday by spending it in San Jose with my car collection. Also, during the spring of the year, I try to take one week off to relax and during the fall I try to take a week off both times to relax and cleanse my mind by reading and writing.

DETAIL:

I have always appreciated high horsepower big V-8 engines in street cars. My decision to collect some of my favorite fifties, sixties and seventies muscle cars came to me early in life. I didn’t have any money when I was young and going to school but decided if I ever can afford too, I will buy some of that early iron that I like so much. You will never see the likes of the cars that have in my collection again.

My muscle car collection consists of:

1956 Chevrolet Bel-Air hardtops-one-2 door all black, and one-4-door black and white, and one Nomad wagon all black (3).

1957 Chevrolet Bel-Air hardtops-one all black 270 high performance, and one all black fuel injected very rare model (2).

1958 Chevrolet Impalas-both red, one with black and white outline scalloping (2).

1959 Chevrolet Impala 2-door hardtop big block 335 tri-power (1).

1961 Chevy bubble tops - one Impala black 409 and my new car is a red 210 series 409 (2).

1961 Ford Starliners - one red 390 big block and one black 427 dual quad big block (2).

1966 Chevrolet Chevelles, one Malibu hardtop, and one El Camino sport truck. Malibu Super Sport is midnight blue with white SS stripes, 396 big block and El Camino is black with a 396 big block (2).

1970 Chevrolet Chevelles-one SuperSport red 454 original and one-Super Sport El Camino 396 forest green with white stripes (2).

1968 Plymouth Road Runner 426 Hemi hugger orange with black stripes (1).

Saturdays are reserved for working with Frank on my muscle car collection at my restoration shop in San Jose. Frank and I are always on the prowl for more classic muscle of that general era.

Do I get to travel to San Jose every Saturday? Hell no, my twenty-four/ seven service has a bad habit of interrupting my Saturday hobby time. My twenty-four/ seven service takes precedence over all other activities in my office. When I sell my twenty-four/ seven service to clients that is exactly what I mean. My availability for person-to-person contact is part of my business plan and not some slick bullshit sales pitch. I stick to it and that is verified by the increase of the number of clients in the program.

My only other hobby is attending beautiful AT& T Baseball Park and watching the San Francisco Giants play baseball. I have held

Giants season tickets longer than twenty years.

As of late I have become very interested in following Golden State Warriors professional basketball. I have not purchased season tickets for the Warriors primarily because Oracle Arena is small and close to court tickets are not available. I have my order in for court side seats at the new arena that is now being built in San Francisco, hopefully that purchase works out. The Warriors plan on occupying new facility in 2020.

Kathy: VP-COO First Hire

Kathy, has been with me for eleven years, runs the operations end of my firm and is a tremendous support for the operation. She understands how I think and what kind of answers she can give our clients when they ask the many questions a law firm gets. She is a very attractive sharp looking tall intelligent African American woman with a great very well-built figure, medium length hair and a very pretty face, that requires very light (essentially none) make up to be sincere and honest looking. Kathy works very hard at keeping herself very business-like in her conduct and actions as she performs her daily working relationships in the office.

Married with two children and a stay-at-home husband who fancies himself a novel writer, still waiting for that big hit book, but a very good father to his children and husband to Kathy. They are an interracial couple and have two of the most beautiful children you will ever see in your lifetime. Those kids have a combination of their mother’s ebony skin and their fathers golden Greek tanned looking exterior, both kids with dark black hair and green eyes. I keep telling Kathy that she and her husband are going to have their hands full when those kids’ become teenagers and their daughter looks like her drop-dead knockout mother, the boys will be beating down the door. Their son is going to be a tall kid and does he like basketball? Hopefully he will think about USF.

I met Kathy at a law school reception at the four seasons about twelve years ago. During one of the conferences, I noticed that she asked the presenter a number of questions and then challenged him a couple of times on his answer. The presenter was from the South I think, his accent sure sounded as such and I don’t think he liked the questions that Kathy asked, I almost thought there was a racial twinge but later disregarded that thought. It was that point that I decided that I had to talk to this lady and see if she might be interested in a job.

Luckily for me she accepted my invite to have a cup of coffee and later that evening a dinner date. I asked her some very penetrating questions about her long-term goals and what she really would like to do with her life. The fact that sold me on her was that she really enjoyed life and living it to the fullest. She had just recently divorced from her first husband after they had been married a couple of years and started a family with two young children. Again, her first marriage from photos she had shown me was interracial with her husband being a tall guy and a very handsome man of Greek origin. Her husband after one year of caring for two children with his wife said he was very tired of tending to and raising kids, and he did not like the life of staying home and not going out on the town on a regular basis.

Kathy did not wait for him to change his mind and she quickly filed for divorce in order to get him out her life, but surprisingly enough she does not hold a grudge against him even though he does not do much in the way of paying attention to his children. Fortunately, she is able to set that relationship aside and she does not let it interfere with her current day to day activities. By the way that is a wonderful trait to possess and not very many people can truthfully say they command that position. The kids have taken early on to calling her second husband Dad and they wanted also wanted his last name but Kathy said no to that request.

Her primary goal in life is to attempt to do everything required to have a happy existence and she was certainly not going to let this divorce ruin her life. She made up her mind she would raise her kids and the Dad could go to hell as far as she was concerned. She has a degree in law enforcement but wants to continue her education and possibly obtain a law degree.

I spent two hours of our date talking about my plans for my practice in the future which are based on my Mission Statement being the theme of my law firm business.

We discussed employment at my firm understanding that so far, I have a very small practice, but as I explained to her, we are just getting started and I intend to be the best criminal defense practice in San Francisco. This position I am trying to fill would be for the long term if we manage to get along and work together in an amicable fashion. I suggested that she think it over because I am looking for a permanent person that will eventually run the firm from a management standpoint. I am not big on snap decisions being made that could have an effect long term and at the same time could give me chance to have another business date with Kathy.

Kathy being the first hire has a degree in criminology and has of late upgraded her resume with an MBA in criminal law business management. I am going to promote Kathy and elevate her to CEO with the expansion of the company. She initially thought she might like to be an investigator but changed her mind after finding her comfort zone managing and scheduling my entire staff. She is the number one contact that any person will talk to if they contact my office. That position gives Kathy a working knowledge of every case that comes through our office. Plus, she has the authority to accept or refuse a potential client. Every person working in my office is a direct report to Kathy except Lucy who is a direct report to me.

Lucy: VP IT – Investigator

I detailed my description of Lucy and her defense trial detailed in my first book, but I will give you the cliff notes version here. Lucy is a computer science genius with dual PHD’s, one in computer science from MIT and the other is in Electrical Engineering Science from Stanford. She was fired by the FBI and also later the CIA because she uncovered crooked goings on in both agencies at the upper end of management.

The real problem was both agencies were afraid of how Lucy could expose them in the way they abused their practices and day to day operations. How some of these lowlife people get and keep their government jobs is beyond me, as we have seen recently in all of the publicity the FBI and CIA have been getting in the media.

She invented a very sophisticated encryption program (developed after one year of full-time engineering and code writing) that both agencies plus Homeland Security purchased for very large amounts of money.

Lucy knows the best hackers in the world and she asked some of them to try to hack into her finished product program, they tried for months and are still trying but no success yet. In exchange Lucy promised to answer all questions that came up regarding the encryption program and train personnel in the use of the material. She also promised not to work for any other agency that might have interaction with the FBI or CIA, (Those are my words not theirs. Their words were much more disguised in their reference to Lucy’s work). Even though she is a very protective lady of herself, in her own right I constantly worry about her safety based on her previous employment in the government. Even though the Federal Government stated she would be protected from any repercussions, she protected herself with very secret documentation stored someplace that she revealed to no one and articulated very clearly to the Feds that this documentation would bring the Federal Government many problems and explanations required if they killed her because it would automatically be distributed to the entire world.

(Is all of this true? I don’t know and I don’t care. All I know is that I don’t trust the Federal Government because of all of the lowlifes that live there. I have seen to many innocent people get in trouble because the Feds tricked them during questioning and then claimed they had been lied too which becomes a Federal offense. The IRS is a very large abuser of this area of law).

Needless to say, she scared the shit out of all the bureaucrats because they realize her potential to put a lot of people in jail. She is always armed and trains constantly in self-defense tactics and personal defense. Both Lucy and myself got our concealed carry permits from the Directors Office of the FBI, United States Government, which means the permits are good anywhere in the US to include airline travel; Also, we have diplomatic privileges if we travel abroad. The condition of the permits was that we are to carry our service weapons at ALL times except when we are in the bath or shower. Since my very good friend (even though we differ politically) the former Attorney General of California became a US Senator I think she had some input with regard to my qualifications with a firearm and supported my right to carry. There was no question about Lucy I think her permit might have come from POTUS.

Pete: First Investigator

Ex-LAPD detective who was fired after exposing dirty cops and their criminal practices. Also, his defense trial detailed in my first book. Pete is a huge asset to our office with his years of police work and investigative experience. During the work day Pete likes to be on the street talking with the street people. He has developed a very large source of information by staying in contact with all of the people that he gets to know on the street. They love him and really like to see him in the area because they know he will protect them.

He also does a lot of bribing of people. Don’t get the wrong idea here, for some reason Pete has a very deep strong feeling for poor people who are struggling to maintain not just a life but staying alive. He bribes people with food that he hands out to the homeless and downtrodden people that we see more of every day in the City of San Francisco. All he asks for is for the street people to try to remember as much as they can during their day-to-day experience; Meaning he wants to help them with drug problems and alcohol problems that infest the homeless community and destroys their memories. He is constantly asking Kathy to increase his expense account for his food project. His last expense for food was for ten large buckets of KFC with potatoes and gravy, col-slaw and biscuits that he distributed to the street people of San Francisco; By the way he paid for this food out of his own pocket. How can you argue against spending money for food that people want and need? Pete does not give any of the people that he knows who live in the Pelosi homeless condos cash, it is almost always food and drinkable water.

He likes to play poker with his buddies, drink Glenlevit Scotch and ride a Harley motorcycle which is his primary mode of transportation. Every chance he gets he will dine a Scoma’s on the wharf enjoying their great seafood.

He carries a Smith & Wesson four-inch barrel model twenty-nine forty-four Magnum customized by Mag-Na-port Arms. I detailed his service to my firm in my first manuscript. He put down a hoodlum goon that was shooting up my first office in a very threatening premeditated manner. Pete stopped the rampage of the goons with a forty-four Magnum bullet to the shoulder of one of the goons while the other one fled the scene. Both goons were arrested and charged with attempted murder along with their gangster boss and after a jury attempted murder trial, they are all three in state prison for long terms.

Pete has been around the block a few times and with a ton of experience helps make him a top-notch investigator and a huge asset to our office.

On a personal note, I like very much to be around Pete. He has a very strong work ethic in an honest way. The worst thing you can do is to cross Pete and lie to him. He will let you dig the hole for yourself as deep as you want and ultimately let you bury yourself.

Lizbeth: IT – investigator

The reason I even met Lizbeth was that she was framed by the San Francisco County District Attorney and charged with assault and battery after being attacked by thugs in the Coit Tower area of San Francisco, in defending herself she beat the hell out of both men seriously injuring the instigator with hand chops to the throat.

Lizbeth constantly works out in the defense skill of speed fighting. Her training regimen consists of four days a week workout of two hours for each workout. She only weighs about one hundred twenty pounds and is five foot four inches tall but is all hell broke loose when she is fighting. I have observed her workouts with a defense partner and when Lizbeth is in defense mode, she is so damn fast with punches and jabs you hardly even know when she hits someone.

I hired Lizbeth after defending her in the assault and battery prosecution and learning more about her history and background. Somehow, she came into a large amount of money, enough to sustain her for the rest of her life. She is very frugal and does not require much in the way of money to live a very comfortable life. She is a lone wolf operator who does not want to work in an office but works at home. She spends a lot of her computer time (which is most of her waking hours) on the dark web. On top of that she is another person in my office who is a computer and mathematics genius. She dearly loves working and solving physics quantum theory problems. She always talks about her four-string theory of equations and problems whatever that is, I really don’t understand any of her mathematical endeavors. Her apartment is filled with rolling white boards loaded and covered by math equations and formulas that she works on constantly. Mathematics books fill her spare bedroom in her apartment.

Lizbeth has no social life that I am aware of although she does spend time occasionally with a girl who she considers her only friend. She dresses in black leather and rides a black Ducati high performance motorcycle with a dragon painted on her black helmet and painted on the fuel tank of her bike, she carries a three-inch barrel Smith & Wesson three fifty-seven magnum wheel gun in her shoulder holster. I detailed her existence and life as I know it in my first book. The longer she works for us as an investigator the more comfortable I get. She now comes to the office on a regular basis to visit and has even developed some friends along the way. She and Kathy came over to my home one evening for a drinks and pizza night after a hard long work day. We talked for over six hours (late into the night) about life, hers, mine, Kathy’s and anyone else that she wanted to. This young lady has an amazing background considering she is only close to thirty years old.

She was born and raised in Stockholm for a short life before her parents tragically both died in a horrible car fire.

She was sexually abused by her irresponsible perverted sexual predatory court appointed care giver and she had to fight him off constantly just to maintain her sanity. She has lived by herself almost all of her life. She had just about given up hope of living until she met an elderly Swedish City Police investigator who protected her while she tried to get her life together.

The care giver paid dearly for his brutal treatment of Lizbeth when she later after healing, emotionally and physically, went to his apartment with two stun guns and disabled him; Handcuffed his hands and feet and chained him to his bed in spread eagle fashion, gagged him and proceeded to tattoo (real tattoo equipment) his chest and stomach stating:

"I AM A SEXUAL PERVERT AND RAPIST THAT SHOULD NOT EVEN BE LIVING."

Kathy and I were sitting in disbelief as we listen to Lizbeth open up to us. I am sure that my mouth was dropping open as I listened. Like I said we talked until the wee hours of the morning before we decided to call it a night. I said that I would probably stay up because there is no way that I could go to sleep now and besides it was already three in the morning. I had the house car take the ladies home and said I would see them in a few hours.

I would love to write a book about Lizbeth’s life experiences, it would be hard to believe.

Lizbeth traveled to San Francisco about six years ago and decided that she wanted to move to the city and live here. She got her visas in order and moved her belongings, which were not very much, to a nice apartment in the Marina area of the city during the following spring. It was about six months later when she had to defend herself from the thugs. That is when a close friend of mine who is a Detective in the SFPD told me about this case and that a young lady was accused of assault and battery with intent to do harm and was in jail because a Judge had refused bail for some reason.
