    Lesson 1:     You can reduce suffering in life by understanding the law of cause and effect, or karma.

    Lesson 2:     You can see the law of karma unfolding in your life if you are observant. How you treat animals or your environment has consequences.

    Lesson 3:     Be in tune with nature if you are looking for honesty.

    Lesson 4:     There is only one universal mind, and you can experience it when your mind is meditative.

    Lesson 5:     A fifteen-minute guided meditation on YouTube is an excellent start to your day.

    Lesson 6:     The past and future are in the present, and you can experience this when your mind is meditative.

    Lesson 7:     Rewire your brain with positive affirmations every morning and throughout the day.

    Lesson 8:     A healthy daily diet will include water, five vegetables, and four fruits.

    Lesson 9:     Daily yoga in the morning enables you to function well for the rest of your day.

    Lesson 10:   Your favourite forms of daily physical exercise will bring you good health now and in the future. Good health is everything.

    Lesson 11:   One good friend is all you need.

    Lesson 12:   The best sleeping pill is to give to others with no expectation.

    Lesson 13:   Learn or experience an art form that facilitates healing within yourself and others.

    Lesson 14:   Be clear about what you want, but exercise extreme caution with your wishes.

    Lesson 15:   Live within your means. Do not buy it if you do not have the money. Do not lend anything, unless you are prepared to give it away.

    Lesson 16:   Travel helps to keep you in the present moment.

    Lesson 17:   There is no need to chase love. It will find you if you love.

    Lesson 18:   Assist others who are in need. Do not wait for them to request for help.

    Lesson 19:   Look after your parents, especially when they get older, as they are one of your greatest gifts.

    Lesson 20:   Gratitude will bring you joy.
