Blue berries help improve memory, boost the immune system, improve eye sight and neutralize free radicals. These tasty little treats are packed with Anthocyanin which is found in the dark blue color of the blueberries. This powerful antioxidant helps neutralize free radicals that can lead to cancer and other diseases.

Avocados are high in beta-sitosterol, a compound that has been shown to lower cholesterol levels. I love to add avocados to most of my juices because they are a great source of protein which is great for muscle recovery after an intense workout.
Introduction
First of all I want to thank you for purchasing my book but you should really be thanking yourself for taking the initiative towards good health.
My own personal experiences with juicing have been phenomenal. Consuming these juices from these recipes along with other minor lifestyle changes has helped me shed the extra weight very easily. I only consumed protein and juiced with fruits and veggies and the weight just fell off. To be perfectly honest, I hardly ever exercised. It’s almost like I gave my body exactly what it needed to turn on my fat burning engine and once it started it just keep going!
The key to my success was I never gave up even when it got really hard to exercise and eat right but my reason why was stronger than my willingness to quit and that reason was my beautiful 10 year old daughter. I finally said enough is enough; I needed to be here for her as long as possible. I suggest you start to find out what exactly your reason for getting healthy is because if the reason isnt good enough then you are most likely to quit when it gets hard.
Your body can make this adjustment if you are disciplined, your cravings for bad foods should get less and less.
