Olaf is the son of an Earl and he wants to become a Viking Warrior. This book goes through the society of the vikings, how they train, weapons and armour, the raids they go on and their life in general. It is done in a graphic novel format that would interest young children. The illustrations were great and the information was detailed. I liked the summary at the end of the 10 facts and the glossary. A great read for anyone trying to learn more about the vikings.

Love learning about the vikings and their jobs of battle, and at the farm.
Learned about the weapons, armor and ships they used to raid.
10 facts are also given about this job. Love the glossary at the end of the book of the terms used throughout.
Sidebars tell you about the pictures in this audio book. Love learning how they make food and the clothes they wear.
