About this audiobook

"David Fischman provides us with a timely and insightful alternative in The Secrets of the Seven Seeds. His engaging approach is in the spirit of the sage Lao Tzu."   -(Michael Shinagal, Dean of Continuing Education and University Extension, Harvard University)
Is your life at work is spinning out of control?
Business people from New York to New Delhi are desperately trying to keep up with the speed of life. In today's global economy, jobs demand we respond to information immediately, outsmart and outsell the competition, manage the markets, and generally transform ourselves into business superstars while balancing quality time with family and friends. With hectic schedules and demands, there is no space left for peace and reflection, which are as essential as they are scarce today. Ignacio is a 40-something stressed-out entrepreneur who is utterly overwhelmed. He is at risk for a heart attack, is losing money at his business (where employee morale is at an all-time low), and has no time or energy for his family. As his life spins out of control, his doctor recommends meditation to regain balance. A spiritual guide helps Ignacio heal by finding his path in the secret of the seven seeds...the path to success and balance in life: Self-knowledge, Meditation, Egolessness, Service to others, Goodness, Balance, and Freedom.
As Ignacio applies these seven seeds to his work life, he is transformed and becomes happier, more balanced, and ultimately more effective at work.

    A good book.
I read this book when I was 19 or 20 years old, of course I was still an immature girl considering that I am now 33 years old, and at that age it is very difficult to look inside oneself.
Is there a book that changes your life? There is not, but there is one that can give you the ability to take control of your life, to look within yourself and value what really matters. (Translated from Spanish)

One of the best books I have ever read. The author's narrative reveals that to be happy, it's not just about working and earning money or prestige, but also about self-knowledge and spirituality to become a better person every day. A great book... (Translated from Spanish)

David Fischman's great merit lies in his ability to use simple stories to address profound topics that benefit the modern executive's life, not only to achieve excellence in their work but also to help them find a balanced life between their human and professional roles. The story is straightforward and perhaps a bit similar to many that deal with "workaholic" professionals who lose their way and crash against a wall, forcing them to reevaluate their lives; however, this book contains seeds of ancient wisdom. It is a highly recommendable book, easy to read, and even if you aren't interested in improving your life, the story keeps you entertained. It is also for those seeking balance and who are willing to try different practices that lead them to a peaceful harbor. (Translated from Spanish)

You have life completely figured out with everything (a family, a job, a house, a car, clean suits, and many things) and without realizing it, many problems arise. David Fishman highlights the everyday problems of all the things we have and are a part of, but what truly matters are those internal, personal problems that have been influenced throughout our lives.

The Seven Seeds offers you the opportunity to internalize and advance in your personal development. (Translated from Spanish)
