- Rating: 4 out of 5 stars4/5This is a very comprehensive primer for those who are not familiar with Latin American history. Great for high school and college student courses. It takes a few historical leaps that I don't appreciate, but that has more to do with my own readings of Latin American studies. Don't take that as a bad thing.
- Rating: 5 out of 5 stars5/5An excellent review of Latin American history from the precolombinan era up to the Modern days. It's well written, informative, because it's contain a good amount of details about political and economic history in a simple easy understood language from someone who lives in Latin America for a long period of his life and also married to a Colombian lady, so he is the best one who can write such a book. In conclusion its a very good book recommend to anyone interested in Latin America.
