I’m 4 1/2 hours in to the audio version of this book and, while I don’t mind the reminder of the history of Europe and England, I am wondering when the story of “witchcraft” used by these women will begin. A third of the way through this book and the narrator has said the word “witchcraft “ possibly two or three times. Do I need to wait until we get to the Woodville’s story?? Not sure I’ll finish this history lesson. - Rating: 1 out of 5 stars1/5

The narration is too quirky and over dramatic. The cadence and emphasis on certain words reminds me of the quality of overacting you might see at an amusement park.1 person found this helpful
