Perché si chiama verso? E perché il mondo è chiamato universo? Universo significa che tutto va verso l’unità: uno – verso; l’espressione del movimento verso l’uno. Verso l’unità delle cose. Il poeta sa perfettamente che tutte le cose sono in relazione fra loro, le cose lontane e le cose vicine, tant’è che una delle grandezze della poesia è l’accostamento delle cose più disparate, apparentemente lontanissime eppure messe insieme in modo plausibile. Entrare in rapporto con le cose leggendo un verso significa che mi muovo verso l’altro
