About this ebook
Ziel dieser Darstellung der Grundzüge des Erbrechts ist es, dem Studenten der Rechtswissenschaft das Fundament zu vermitteln, auf welchem eine erfolgreiche Bearbeitung von erbrechtlichen Fällen möglich ist. Das dafür nötige Wissen wird - anders als in einem umfassenden Lehrbuch - ohne Umschweife in komprimierter Form zusammengestellt, sodass man schnell den Einstieg in die Materie finden kann, ohne sein Gedächtnis mit übermäßig vielen Details zu belasten und den Überblick zu verlieren. Gerade im Erbrecht sind vertiefte Kenntnisse der Detailprobleme in der Regel nicht erforderlich, da sich der Pflichtfachbereich in der ersten juristischen Staatsprüfung nur auf die Grundlagen erstreckt (siehe beispielsweise § 18 II Nr. 1 c BayJAPO).

Roy Dörnhofer hat in Bayern beide Staatsexamina abgelegt und war dann in den neuen Bundesländern als Richter und Staatsanwalt tätig. Er war unter anderem als Richter am Landgericht im Rahmen einer Abordnung in einem Zivilsenat bei einem Oberlandesgericht beschäftigt.
