Shortly after being married, he became a farmer, with his wife, Donna, taking over the family farm. He started Blair Pipeline, Inc., in the 1960s and in 1975 sold the farm to focus on his pipeline business. He retired in 1986 and started to winter in Arizona; he moved there in 1990. In the 1990s he started to write down the many things that had happened to him over time so that his grandchildren might come to know God and how he had loved Him. Not only has Bruce had these inspiring life experiences, but he has also explored his artistic talents as a wood sculptor. While some of his works have been sold, many still adorn his home. While a farmer Bruce became a pilot and has since logged hundreds of hours in command of several kinds of single engine aircraft. He and his wife of sixty-five years now live in Maricopa, Arizona, with their daughter, Elaine.view less
