Over his university and professional years, he has lived on three continents and and worked on two more. He’s done now, because Antartica is definitely too cold for him to live there. Although it must be fascinating!
Henry has Germanic roots, and while his writing is in English, he also reads and writes German, French, and Dutch. He is a father of two boys who are just on the verge of becoming teenagers. Always up for surprises!
What else does he do? He likes to read, of course, books such as Graham Greene: Our Man In Havanna; Stieg Larsson: Millennium Trilogy, Max Frisch: Montauk; Irvin Yalom: When Nietzsche Wept; Antoine de Saint-Exupéry: Le Petit Prince or Vol de nuit.
And, if time permits, likes to ride his motorcyle, a nice BMW 1200C Independent cruiser. And then, if there is really a lot of time, sailing, diving, or renting a small place and taking to the air are definitely enjoyable things.
Okay, dream on, time to work...view less
