I've enjoyed writing residencies at both the Tyrone Guthrie Centre and the Heinrich Boll Cottage on Achill island.
I have worked as a fast food cook, a barman, a shop assistant, a labourer, a doorman and even managed a distribution centre for women's underwear.
More recently I was Deputy Mayor of the Town of Westport 2009-2010.
I hold a BA (Hons) in Media Management and Production and a Higher Diploma in Print Journalism.view less
