Andrew was encouraged by friends to document his stories and in 2012 wrote his first book: ‘Wearing Yesterday’s Underpants – Again’ published by eText Press Publishing. This first work recounts his overland journey from Beijing to Barcelona, a trip that did not quite go to plan.
During 2012 Andrew also wrote and performed his first solo Spoken Word show at the Edinburgh Fringe Festival: 'When Holidays Attack'. The show was a great success and achieved an audience attendance that was double the size of the average Fringe show that year.
When at home Andrew enjoys public speaking and regularly entertains audiences with his travel stories. He is currently writing his follow up book: ‘Wrong Turn at Machu Picchu’.
